Printed in today's copy of the English-language Chinese newspaper, China Daily, was this following story:
'The country's internet authorities said yesterday they had shut down another 68 pornographic websites, bringing the total number to 1,575 since the national campaign was launched a month ago. As of Monday, at least 148 blogs containing pornography and "lewd" contents were also closed, officials said.'
(I recommend that those with idle hands head to your local DVD shop to buy up some of the inherently 'mingy' 70's pornos and copies of 'Pirates'. This may be your groin's only hope.)
